Have driven through Nebraska multiple times. Can confirm there is 0 reason to stop.

Yeah I don't understand that commercial. Did people think dogs weren't welcome in Wisconsin?

I still don't get why most commercials are so terrible.

After watching Making a Murderer, I don't think people should be visiting Wisconsin.

Oh, and that comes from someone who has lived there.

Not only are the majority terrible.

Each Terrible Commercial has to survive many layers to make it to production.

A room full of Marketing Pro's get together and come up with multiple ideas and from that group of people they select the best idea to pitch.

Meanwhile... Other Marketing firms are coming up with ideas to get the contract so all of them end up pitching ideas and the the client ends up choosing a marketing firm based on who has the best idea.

After it gets past that hurdle... The bad idea probably has to survive a focus group hurdle.

Once the Ad clears those three opportunities to improve it without improvement... We get to watch a Soccer Mom selling Toyota's and the punch line to the Ad is:

Simply changing outfits in seconds apparently.

Well, generally I'd say that a gas station is a good reason to stop... and maybe a bathroom break, but finding a gas station when you have nothing but wheat fields and flat land as far as the eye can see can be difficult.

Can't even hit a tree to make you stop.

Dozier coming up to try to keeping has BA above .200. Twins don't understand advanced stats and measure outcomes more than skill, so perhaps falling below .200 will cause management to give him a break.

Wisconsin is one of the best for scenery, but all those Packers fans... ugh.

That Double Play ball he pulled to the 3B looked like it was outside.

Sorry, but if you want scenery, Florida or California are the best.

What are you talking about? Everything in WI is green ... green fences ... green houses ... green barns ... green bars ... green road signs ... heck, even the grass in Wisconsin is green.

Gimme purple any day. :)

It's interesting that the narrative (at least from Dick & Bert) is that "the young guys are struggling to hit". And then there's Dozier, who's hitting terribly but is facing absolutely no pressure, unlike the young players.

How many effing chances does Dozier get to prove he doesn't give a damn about winning, when we have a more than capable replacement on the bench?  I'm livid!

Sounds like a lot of people in here have never been to Indiana.

I live in Indiana.  You at least get the occasional city in the middle of all those corn fields.

It's going to lead to TR making some kind of excuse for Dozier's performance and publicly saying what Polanco needs to work on to stay in the majors. Thing is, everyone who's been sent down knows what they need to do to stick in the majors: go to another team.

Dozier's trying to pull himself out of the lineup.

Should have kept the bunt on.

That's almost a great line.

If you allow me... How Bout' "Dozier pulls everything except himself out of the lineup"

I don't know... Is that better?

I think we got the start of a great slogan here.

That happened today? :)

I'd fix this for you, but I'd violate the TD posting policy.

I thought about going ahead and fixing it the right way anyway, and letting you take the blame. :)
