I think when a relief pitcher like Tonkin comes to bat and miraculously works a 2-0 count in his favor, you give him the take sign the rest of the at bat. What's the worst that could happen?

 

And just to be sure he Tonkin doesn't miss the take sign, you yell "TAKE!" from the dugout before every pitch.

Sano really crushed that ball to center. And Werth made a helluva catch on that Buxton homer.

 

Twins showed a bit of life there and almost made a game of it.

 

At least my second favorite team won.
