Not even a Chicago beer, but a St.Louis- Belgium- Brazil multinational kind of beer. Better have a Summit, then. Better anway. Unless somebody bought them, too, now, ffs.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 I don't like calling people out by name, but buxton kinda stinks.

Unlike some players, he has tools that can still beat you even when he's not hitting. But he's far from a complete player yet.
Ultima Ratio Verified Member Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 That's why you drop the ball and turn two there Eduardoh!

Squirrel Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 I yelled 'POOP!' really loud and then told everyone I was Chief.

But he's far from a complete player yet.But he is here, in the majors, so one expects (or hopes) that he hits like a major league player. Unfortunately, he's not ready. If he's a TK 1000 AB guy it's going to suck. We did expect more than that.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Raise the Jolly Roger on this talk like a pirate day.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 I didn't. At least not yet.Rosario is 2 years older than buxton yet looks 7 years further along. Not what I expected from the "can't miss prospect"
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Dozier is brutal right now.

Not what I expected from the "can't miss prospect"At least Sano came out of the showroom ready to go. imagine if both he and Buxton were failing offensively. Alas, small sample size. Youth. Patience required. Etc.

The team is about to get swept at home in a DH, and lose their fifth straight at home in the process. What is the bright spot? No one is being overly mean, but find a bright spot and I'll gladlypost about it.

David HK Verified Member Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Just tuned in to mlb- just in time to see that fat, fat pitch when the screen froze. Uh-oh, I thought-- then jumps to Dickbert delivering the second-deck post-mortem. Ouch.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 But things were going so well
wavedog Verified Member Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Houston is self-destructing - lost their lead against the A's. Angels are now closing in on them. Wish it were us but we can't seem to shake this losing.
