Game Thread: Twins @ Astros, 9/5 @ 6:10pm CT

[David HK]

BTW-  Astros announcer suck.  Had to go rewatch that Mauer play at the plate, since I missed the game.  They were just clueless homers, worse than Hawk.

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Welcome to right field, Aaron Hicks

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Hard contact from all three batters so far. Hope Jepsen and Suzuki can get on the same page.

[drock2190]

Hold your breath time

[howeda7]

I'm not feeling a win here....

[David HK]

Ach, jaysus....  we can't let guys named Merwin and Son-of-Shaggy beat us here.  Come on, Jeps.

[David HK]

Wow, Nuke LaLoosh out there today.

[sampleSizeOfOne]

Exciting, no?

[stringer bell]

Springer with a chance for redemption.

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Springer is up. 0-4 4 K's and error in top of inning.

Please no payback ....

[ShouldaCouldaWoulda]

So, we lose on a HR here or win via a K.

There's a good exciting and a bad exciting. Not sure which this is. I'll let you know after the game.

[TwinsCD]

Carly Rae is doing his best to give up his closer job.

[ShouldaCouldaWoulda]

Bring in May!

I don't think you're allowed to pinch hit for the other team...

But that would be a brilliant strategy if we could pull it off.

[drock2190]

Base hit

game over

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Springer didn't bite on the high cheese.

Those were a little too outside for him to bite at.

Molitor would love to yank Jepsen right now, but he's got to let him try.
