[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Just walked in to see Santana strike out that last guy. Who scored for the good guys?

Just walked in to see Herrmann nail a runner at second

[Circus Boy]

An Eduardo HR would be nice right about now.

[glunn]

Nunez!!!

[jimbo92107]

This McCullers dude has a very sharp break on his curve. Almost Duffey like.

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Just walked inn to see

NUNEZ!!!!!!

[jimbo92107]

Whoops, he hung one on Nunez. Buh-bye!

[formerly33]

If Nunez slapped hands with Gomez when he crossed the plate, what would happen next?

[ScrapTheNickname]

This cow is going to be the off-season Hitting Coach for Eddie Rosario:

The first thing is, I would laugh.  The second thing, Gomez' helmet would fall off.  Third...got me.

[jimbo92107]

Now I'm leaning towards Duffey having a better curve.

[DiscGolfer]

Shortstops not looking horrible lately

[big dog]

Let's go Ervin!  <clap, clap, clapclapclap>

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

An Eduardo HR would be nice right about now.

we will chalk that up as an official "call"

[jimbo92107]

Time for Chris Herrmann to blast one.

[glunn]

Santana has 95 pitches.  It will be interesting to see how far he can go today and how much of a leash Molitor gives him.

[Circus Boy]

Aw, shucks. Even Stevie Wonder matches up his pant and shirt sometimes.

[TwinsCD]

CBU from the small frys (or is it fries?):

USA 10, Japan 9, bottom 2 at Little League WS.  US put 10-spot up in 1st, Japan came back with 7 in the 2nd.

Shouldn't Altuve be playing in THAT game??

[Craig Arko]

* the wave *

Oh, not supposed to do that any more, I hear. Where's that copy of Anna Karenina...

[Squirrel]

YESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!

[big dog]

Let's go, Ervin, let's just finish this inning off.

-- really nicely done.  Must feel good to get a standing O walking off the field after his last month of baseball.

*stands and applauds Santana*

MUCH better, Ervin.  Thank you.

[glunn]

Yes!  Santana comes through.

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

The letter of the day is "K"

Backward or forward

[jimbo92107]

Man, Ervin Santana really fought hard to get that last out. Bravo. Ice pack and Miller time, baby.

[LaBombo]

Great start by Santana.   And for the most part,  it was a great Santana-style start, getting ahead of hitters and getting K's and defensive swings.

That would be as opposed to a great Pelfrey-style start, having the good fortune to have hitters miss crushable pitches and hit rockets that find their way into gloves.

It's a beautiful day for a homerun, but even a triple's okay!

Okay, am I of a certain age?

[LaBombo]

Triple, Dick?   Nice bit of hitting by Dozierzy, but how is that not an error?

Either way, insurance runs are nice even with a good bullpen, let alone the Twins'.

[jimbo92107]

Esco! He be bangin' it from the left side, bro!

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

It cracks me up how teams still play Escobar so shallow!

[Craig Arko]

You let your hair grow as long as you like, Mr. Santana.
