That Rosario AB is why I like Kepler here so much.......not having any idea if he's ready or not, obviously.

I don't mind the at bat there by Rosario, he struggles against LHP and Price is one of the best in the game. I like him at least being aggressive there. I don't think Rosario needs to be platooned, but against tough LHP it would be nice to have someone who could spell him who isn't named Shane Robinson.

ya, it was more, "I think Kepler is likely to take good ABs when offered the chance", than Kepler replaces Rosario. I like Rosario......but I also like Kepler.

Shudder to think if this game remains tied going in to the late innings and this becomes a bullpen game for the Twins. UGH!!! Say it's not so because the game is playing out that way so far.

 

At current rates, Santana will be lucky to complete 6.  Looks like we'll need at least 3 innings from our pen to get a win, and May has yet to pitch on back-to-back days...

True, but on the flip side, if you'd have told me the Twins would still be in it at the halfway point against a lineup of Tulo, Donaldson, JBats, Encarn, and five French Canadian lingerie mannequins I'd have been pretty stoked.

The urine and trash smell was so strong you felt like you were wearing them.

The funny thing is, its mostly not even hobo urine. I'd say at least 80% of it is cabbie urine.

 

Word of advice: if you ever see a a gatorade bottle that looks full or half full or anything laying in the street or sidewalk do NOT pick it up and throw it away. Just let it be.
