I was mostly kidding you about what appeared to be a typo of fiancé versus fiancée. One 'e' for male, two 'e's for female.

 

Mix those up and you're bound to get strange looks when you least expect it. :)

 

Interesting, I didn't catch that, but it was an iphone situation. I was mostly surprised it autofilled the accent mark over the e.

Trump and Clinton dominated last night, short of someone trying to steal this away it's pretty much sewn up.

 

I wonder how much money I could have made placing that bet......

I'm ready to hear them debate which of them is still actually a natural blonde.

The correct response is "I love my husband. Not everyone would make the same decision I made, and I respect that. I hope everyone can respect that I chose to forgive whatever may or may not have happened, and that NOW we should concentrate on the present, and how to make it so women have More choices in their lives, not less".

I always expected his running mate to be a heavily armed coal worker wearing a confederate flag with a healthy dose of hypocritical religious convictions.

 

Nah, in a campaign where the masses are angry about big business.....he chose a CEO that nearly bankrupted a company and laid off thousands........so, ya, doesn't make me feel he understands tactics all that well.

Only positive thing about Trump vs. Clinton is that 3rd parties might get some serious looks... Talk about two absolutely horrible candidates.  People keep voting the lesser of two evils and the candidates get progressively more evil. 

Dunno, it's going to take real effort to top the Bush/Cheney ticket in the evil department. I don't believe Bush was "evil" per se... But whatever he lacked, Cheney made up for several times over.

Ted Cruz picks Carly Fiorina as running mate. I can see Brock doing cartwheels already.

 

This sounds like he's putting the cart before the horse a bit. Like before the horse was even born. Doing this seems awfully arrogant and tone-deaf. Fits right in with the rest of his campaign I guess.

 

So Cruz does this and out of the blue Trump presents a somewhat thoughtful and non-confrontational speech about foreign policy in a coherent and adult manor.

I'm floored. This is easily the most unlikable ticket of my lifetime. If only allowed one swing, I don't know which one I'd punch in the face first.

I'll give you Cheney, he's as crooked as they come, but you probably shouldn't look to close at just how much the Clinton family is intertwined with all of them if that's your position.
