Tori is bad. Flat out bad. Gotta give young guys a chance at some time right?

Can't even spell his name right. Sorry, but I just had to point that out. So were you one of the fans who wasn't afraid to let him hear it? What did you say? "Is this what you call 'all run out of bullets'?"

Those last two hits to the OF sure highlight the Twins horrible OF defense. Both those balls are caught by average left and right feilders. Arica also made that last out look difficult, when it was quite routine.

OK... I'm not a believer is defensive stats but I've seen enough of Mr. Hunter to start believing the stats ain't lying.

Had to walk from my office to see the replay and an average RF comes close to reaching that ball.

Below Average doesn't come close.

I don't think Torii was close.

I was glad when he was back. But at some point it has to end.If he can be a .230+ hitter with 10+ homeruns keep him, but I haven't seen a glimpse of that yet.

Kind of happy I cannot actually see this.......

Yes -- although trying to piece together what is going on by the short, ominous sounding replies on this thread is a bit unsettling.  Partial descriptions of some horror you cannot see.

How bad have the Twins become when our fans would be happy with .230 and 10 homers from the starting right fielder?

Its the best we have. Especially when its a 40 year old.

I think i can piece it together. The defense is terrible, as we all knew it would be. And, the old bad players are bad. And, not changing the roster of a 90 loss team is not likely to lead to wins. The pitcher many of us wanted up will have bad stats, but he did not deserve them.

Well, I for one expect Joe Mauer to have a much higher average, and considering the stats, Dozier is set up to hit more than 10 homers.

Its hard for pitchers to get win's when our offense can only produce 1 run in 6 innings.

I was talking about Torii though. And don't even talk about Mauer.
