D. Hocking Verified Member Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Well, Paper Lace has a good excuse -- they're from England and didn't read maps apparently. I think I was about 4 or 5 when he had that 45 and the song was on the radio. I wondered who Chicago was and thought it was sad that she died. In retrospect, I might not have been that bright as a child - not quite as low as Strib IQ -- but I don't think there were discussions if I should start school early, ashbury and Circus Boy 2
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Glad you did...because the Twins don't. what if there's a finite amount of capitilization. would us doing so make it less likely the twins will? i will put it off for the good of the team! oh, i've missed a low impact game, it would seem? Willihammer Provisional Member Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 The really friendly ones give a one-arm man hug if we see you walking on the street.I can only imagine what its like to make the trek to Sturgis on a motorcycle. Between getting waved at by other riders and the waves from SD'ans in their cars, you would have to be waiving with both hands at all time I imagine. Circus Boy 1

bird Verified Member Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 I suspect, at least for awhile, Mauer might have a few at bats where the pitcher is not going to worry about walking him for fear of who is batting behind him. My thought as well. I tend to dislike Mauer's walks with runners on, but he had nuthin to swing at either time. And who can blame the pitcher? Hunter looks like he can't get around on a 90MPH fastball right now. jimmer 1

Squirrel Community Moderator Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 You're thinking about it all wrong. By driving their cars they are paying your city $25 in tolls every mile. You should wave, like they do in South Dakota.I don't think Chicago collects those tolls ... the state does. But I do think the city should charge a toll for driving in downtown, like London does. Oh, and I wave ... one fingeredly blairpaul715 1

bird Verified Member Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Now there's a dilemma. Risk your life on the road with Chicago drivers or risk your life on the El with Chicago gangbangers. Waiting for this comment to be retweeted by Blyleven. ashbury and Mike Sixel 2
