Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 I'll try it if i ever get tired of twinkie wiener sandwiches... In general, i'm just glad twinkies are back on the market. More game related thought, though, Players have differing strengths, so if player a is inexperienced, but more likely to crush a lefty fastball from tonight's pitcher than player b, it may be the right move to play him. Also the whole wear and tear of the season? That said, yeah, i'd like to see Pinto play more to, at least in the abstract sense. I'm sure he's still putting in work at this level, and perhaps that factors into the decision as well? Meh, i'm just speculatin' upon a hypothesis. I hope he pounds a pinch hit or two out, if that's his current role.

Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Another pitching change... Jeez
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 I think I hate Francona for over-managing (he just set the record for using relief pitchers in a season; YAWN).
Bark's Lounge Verified Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Come on Hicks or PH. I cannot watch Phil get screwed over again.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Way to go, Arcia! I hope next season he can hit .250 with 30 HRs. I think he could do it.
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Come on Hicks or PH. I cannot watch Phil get screwed over again. But watch you will. I take that back. You will watch a comeback.

Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 And yes, that's Alice Cooper enjoying a Pabst Red Ribbon with the Chief.Completely possible. They both live in Arizona.
Platoon Verified Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 If you put Buxton in center and reduce oswaldos need to go to far to his right, he will look better! Great? NO. But better
Bark's Lounge Verified Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 The Curious Case of Scott AtchisonIf we're playing by those rules - is Chief even alive yet?
glunn Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 I wish Schafer had known that bunt was coming. He did not get a good break.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 If you put Buxton in center and reduce oswaldos need to go to far to his right, he will look better! Great? NO. But betterwhat if they added a right-centerfielder like beer league slow pitch softball? That would make Oswaldo look better yet
