That's actually "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes"....and no Neil Young on this one, at least in the original rendition. This was on the first album and written by Stephen Stills (my second favorite CSN&Y member behind his former Buf. Springfield bandmate Neil.....Stills and Young are the most talented members of the group, probably depends on individual taste on which is better) about his former girlfriend, Judy Collins.
