I'd been watching the Chicago feed but it blacked out for a moment so I switched back to Dick/Bert.

 

It's like the FSN broadcast is about 10 seconds behind the CSN Chicago feed. Kind of like the difference between radio & TV.

Never thought I'd say this, even about Deduno, but calling that a wild pitch was generous. Other than the point of origin, there wasn't really anything pitch-like about it.

I'm not going to freak out about Deduno throwing a wild pitch in his 1st appearance when it's 30 degrees out.

 

However, this is exactly why he is not a great bullpen option. He belongs in the rotation & Pelfrey in AAA.
