    Brian Dinkelman deserves a promotion to make sure the Twins don't lose him from their organization. Cedar Rapids has significant turnover as high-level prospects get promoted and his teams just keep on winning.

    Castro has been a revelation for us. What his is contract situation again? Arbitration years left? Given his hitting, versatility and clubhouse presence... I'm starting to think that we need to prioritize him a bit more for future plans.

    Much better put than my post :) Oh... and for transparent historic perspective.... I was guilty of being VERY down on Royce when he had that year in the minors with a HIGH SO/BB ratio..... (probably why I still have not gotten the call to apply for assistant to the assistant GM)
