    Nearly everyone on this site felt that Richardson was an irrelevant addition.... It turns out we could be all wrong.... likely not irrelevant but deleterious! SP gets thin if Ryan out for awhile. Hopefully Varland is back in form....

    The White Sox: Good for what ails you! This lineup is looking very dangerous full strength. We might end up seriously regretting that we did not bolster our bullpen at the trading deadline (unless some SP convert for playoff time and do well)

    In summary..... it was a big-time seller's market... I was honestly OK with inactivity at this deadline (and I'm normally all about the instant gratification of the trade deadline!) ...and yes...this and the ownership being cheap can BOTH be true.

    By all accounts, Farmer is a great teammate. But, the opposing team is now treating him like a pitcher in the line up strategically which hurts the entire team's offence. He has to be cut sadly
