  1. All but 6 teams are playing budget ball in 2021. I am very excited for our chances of going deep into the playoffs! We have a great mix of solid vets and developing young stars. Getting an extra option year for Thorpe is a nice surprise! Having the AAA at midway is beyond exciting. I'll definitely be spending time there!!!
  2. Who will be leaving the 40 man roster when Shoemaker is officially a Twin? Gordon or Garlick?
  3. Odo would be great! I suspect that the FO wants a young arm or 3 to make spot starts and fill in long relief. If Thorpe shows well in spring training, he will be on the 26 man opening day. Doing simple math, 120 starts for the top 4 leaves 42 other starts for 3 or 4 other guys to split up between April and September. It's a team game!!!
  4. I wonder if subconsciously, batters will adjust their swings? And will they adjust to flatten for line drives or the opposite?
  5. I'd rather see 200 more doubles to extend rally's than more homers.
  6. Welp, the Dodgers and Graterol are the Champs so I'd have to say they won
  7. Whiteys will finish 4th.
  8. Oh, and Thorpe and Smeltzer are way to young to give up on.
  9. Instead of signing another retread, I'd love to see them give the ball to a young kid and tell the kid to go win a game.
  10. How many of the top prospects will make significant contributions to winning the AL central? I'd love to have Rocco get the top 6-8 guys together and put a little pressure on them to take a big step forward in 2021. They will all be playing in midway or downtown...
  11. Bauer is a terrible investment. Can't wait to beat him in the world series.
  12. It's probably fair to say that someone will suck and someone will get injured so the list will shake out by opening day. I'd love to see Thorpe in the #8 long relief roll.
  13. I'm excited to see Wes Johnson work his magic again
