Pitching the sixth and seventh a lot doesn’t get reflected in overall stats, but saving the BP really helps the team. (Now that I’ve written this, watch Zebby have a short start). Jinx
Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted June 11 Posted June 11 And Zebby just has to eat it as he needs to log in at least 2-3 more innings to try to save the bullpen. Patzky 1
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted June 11 Posted June 11 Just when the Twins were almost on the verge of thinking about a rally to take the lead soon, Zebby goes and does this. Unconscionable!

Hubie29 Verified Member Posted June 11 Posted June 11 I wish you had to explain your thoughts with a thumb down. How can you argue the front office isn't ignorant and Culpepper should not be playing instead of Gray? jaimedude, Hunter4848 and Tlaker 3

Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted June 11 Posted June 11 That popup really blew the top off our momentum.

There are three players in the lineup today that are not part of the future as regulars and are taking AB's away from younger players. Convince us that this lineup can even make the playoffs much less win a playoff game. Hubie29 1

For Twins fans the season is over in June. Thank God for Legion and Town Ball. This has to be the last year with no plan, other than fielding a team for the sake of staying in MLB. But we've thought that before. Hunter4848 and Peter 1 1
thelanges5 Verified Member Posted June 11 Posted June 11 This offense gets shut down regularly. Montero had given up 15 earned in the last 5 games. Twins have 3 hits. Shutdown by Fedde last week. No consistency. Hunter4848 1

Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted June 11 Posted June 11 Wonder if Ryan is really the only reliably consistent starter we have right now. (Pablo I guess) Zebby Taj Prielipp it's light the fuse and see if it goes off. Ober is a slow burn. Hunter4848 and thelanges5 2

I don't get it either, I have no idea what they are thinking. But I would like to see an experienced baseball executive running the baseball side of things. Maybe they could show Tommy P. a plan of how to run an organization. Zoll is way over his head. Hunter4848, Hubie29 and Patzky 3
