Mortimerkenny21 Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Will the Twins get back on track today? I hope so! Hopefully big man Bailey Ober shines today and goes deep to ease up on the bullpen. The bullpen has been seeing plenty of innings and a few arms could use a day off. Let's go Twins!! Church of Kreidler, Brandon Glick, Patzky and 1 other 4
Church of Kreidler Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Really hoping Buxton is on track to be back in the outfield - SOON. I'm not saying it will fix all of our woes, but I don't think having to play "Who's in Center?" everyday is helping... Parfigliano, Patzky and Mortimerkenny21 3
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 There's a game to play amid all the news. Bailey gives a 180 degree shift from Taj to the Bucs. Maybe it'll catch them off guard. But we have to hit... Mortimerkenny21 and Church of Kreidler 1 1
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Not much different than previous lineups but here we are. 😊 thelanges5, Church of Kreidler and Mortimerkenny21 3
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Sux for the Sox: Mune out 4-6 weeks with a Grade 2 Hamstring strain. The difference between them and us: They are calling up their best hitting prospect, Jacob Gonzalez. We'll have a new arch villain at Target Field next week. hitterscount 1
jaimedude Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Seeing Clemes play CF is not encouraging, and Bell at 1st base. Weakens defense at both spots. Would much rather have Clemens at 1st and Bell on the bench with Kriedler in CF. Bell at 1st cost the Twins an extra run yestetday. Church of Kreidler 1
Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Updated Bullpen Spreadsheet. Klein looks to be in another state of a 'bulk' pitching since this would have been his day to pitch if you believe in the 4 day schedule. Bullpen panic rating: HOT! HOT! HOT! Church of Kreidler 1
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 WELL THAT WAS A ENCOURAGING 3 HITTERS TO START !!!!!!! Someone light a spark under these ?????? I.D.K. what we are ? Patzky 1

Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Glen Perkins is one of my favorites when he’s calling the game on radio mrtwinsfan and Church of Kreidler 2
stringer bell Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 I am getting a 2026 season death spiral vibe right now. The club managed to win three games in Boston, but since then two kinds of news—bad news and worse news. mrtwinsfan, h2oface and jaimedude 3

jaimedude Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Today's line-up isn't even close to the best offensive team the Twins could offer, and definitely a weak defensive team. Probably not gonna be a fun watch. This team needs a mix of new players.

h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Caratini gets all the way to second on a triple hit. Chug chug.

Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 We do best with multiple line drives. One more please. Church of Kreidler 1
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Watching if Caratini again if its a close game with a runner on 1st like last night , Knowing Rodgers he better anyway , he kept calling fastballs ?? Taylor no longer is a hard thrower , Fastball is his maybe 3rd best pitch, still think Rodgers is okay , but the pitch calling ?? everyone says Caratini is a better defensive catcher , maybe but WHY DIDNT GET TO 3RD ON THAT ??????
jaimedude Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Nice hits by Caratini and Keaschall. Caratini should have made third on his hit though,. Church of Kreidler 1

hitterscount Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Watching a lineup that includes Arcia, Gray and Bell starting isn’t particularly appealing. . None of these three are part of the future, none provide any meaningful value right now and none of them make we want to drive 4 hours to watch a home game. If anyone can explain the philosophy of this front office I would love to hear the strategy behind this roster construction….
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Check swings at strikes are getting to be a plague. Or very close but not strikes. Just hit the ball and swing with intention. Those close pitches are very hittable. It’s not like we have a lineup that hits for average behind him anyway.
