Or the Twins philosophy of playing journeyman over players with better upside.  There is no defending Outman being on this roster, he looked bad last year and he may be even worse this year if possible,.

Yeah, throw went through but Lee got a terrible jump off third, runs like me, and was out by approximately 89 feet.
