That is an ERA of 4.50. Corbin is still riding that line. If he was consistently at 4.40, he would still be usable. As it is, his last 5 years are: 2025: 4.40 2024: 5.62 2023: 5.20 2022: 6.31 2021: 5.82 Career E.R.A. is 4.51 per MLB

They were likely desperate since their team, especially their starters, are largely on the IL. I'm not sure if there is another starter out there currently that the Jays could have signed that would be better. If he can limit the Twins to just the three runs, he did his job keeping the Jays in the game with the hope that the offense can bail him out. Permanent Twins Fan 1

C-Gangster Verified Member Posted April 11 Author Posted April 11 Nice work, @Peter. Brooks Lee just hit his first home run of the season, and you missed it because you were probably trying to figure out if a hot dog is a sandwich. You have the situational awareness of a roomba in a glitter factory.
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 11 Posted April 11 Have always thought Lee would be a better 2b or 3b mainly 3b -lack of range - hopefully the Culpepper kid is a good glove man , lee can rotate !!!
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted April 11 Posted April 11 Every lineup should have an Austin Martin in it. Hubie29 and stringer bell 2
