Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted April 10 Posted April 10 I'm glad the challenge worked out for Caratini. I'm not sure I would have done it in that situation. Patzky 1

Wallner desperately needs a day off to clear his head. I would even consider putting Larnach out in the field to give Wallner a day off. RpR 1
Twindy Verified Member Posted April 10 Posted April 10 I don’t like saying it, but Lewis doesn’t make that play not as quick or strong with the throw as Gray was mrtwinsfan 1
Hubie29 Verified Member Posted April 10 Posted April 10 Wallner on pace to shatter strike out record for one season if he can stay in the lineup. That would be pretty cool! mrtwinsfan 1
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted April 10 Posted April 10 Why challenge that.. every team has a Wallner.

I posted in the Jeffers story earlier today that his improvement in pitch framing will help him. I think Vlad Jr saw Jeffers move his glove back in the zone and thought he was stealing a strike, causing him to challenge the pitch, almost baiting him to challenge and lose. Patzky 1

Permanent Twins Fan Verified Member Posted April 10 Posted April 10 I really don't like the sacrifice bunt to advance Lee to second. It just seems like a waste of an out. Maybe if he was on second or third already, I'd be okay with it.
