Morny was indirectly suggesting that the guys are loose because there may be more certainty about their playing time and less threat about getting pitch hit for. That’s what I understood him to be hinting at.

Rocco didn't manage 2019 , most of the players had career years with a juiced ball , Rocco finally had to manage in the playoffs and did poorly ( disaster really ) , and yes he hasn't changed since , so predictable  ...

Did I seriously hear Provus correctly and Gasper is the number 2 catcher.  So then explain why is Pereda up here, why not call up another bat or Eeles.  What is the plan for this team by the front office.  Gasper shouldn't even be up here and he certainly shouldn't be catching.  So now we have two catchers who can't hit.
