They are aren’t they? ALL Minnesota teams are small town compared to all the big city teams-Minnesota is small town to all the other teams

Every since the White Sox series the offense has mostly went extinct. Some injuries have impacted thta

But so many terrible at bats the last few weeks.

And Austin Martin being on this team is insane. Him continually starting is beyond explanation. He's lucky to hit it past the pitcher

And Manaea has reverse splits. You cant defend it. Correa needs to get back ASAP and he needs to be in AAA

The players aren't from Minnesota though, so it's got to be an external force that creates the disparity. 

Even when the Minnesota squad actually has the better team, they still have problems.

The Mets owner is a ruthless hedge fund manager who demands excellence while the Twins owner won't spend couch cushion change on the team.

They have the #1 or #2 OPS as a team vs. lefties this year, so, I'd imagine it's working OK for him.

The walk, balk, wild pitch was sad and a microcosm of this team beating themselves over and over for 3 weeks to keep playing .500ish ball

But other than that Festa was great. 

 

This is an embarrassing effort by the lineup. And negligent scouting to have losers like Martin playing when its documented this guy eats up righties.

What a tough run of negativity the last few days, the incompetence and delusion by ownership has been magnified and the classic twins showing up to the big apple and getting swamped. We need something special tonight from royce or buxton to turn back to the tide of positivity to avoid crumbling.
