This inning can be traced back to a curious defensive alignment on Dylan Moore to lead off the inning.  Why is Buck, the fastest CF in the game, shading anyone that far over in a gap?  He can get to just about any ball hit with a high launch angle, like Moore's, if he's playing straightaway.  By shading Moore so far over, he barely misses that ball in the LF gap and thus we have the table set for the Mariners offense.  It's a small thing but one that proved a little decisive.

Probably the craziest inning I've seen in this Twins' season. They are rid of Castillo for the pinch hitter, but Ryan probably has only one inning left at best. Old mo (mentum) seems to have switched sides.

The good news is we have five good cylinders. Even if two or three are running rough the bats can still do something.
