It's Cory and Dazzle for me today. There be no Peacocks in my abode.

Kind of pathetic that Miranda was sent down in great disappointment with a .220 BA, which, upon his recall, exceeds Buxton, Correa, and Taylor in today's regular starting lineup (not to mention Gallo and Kepler, who always start against RHP).

Given that termites seem to have devoured the entire team's bats, maybe his start wasn't all that bad.

Miranda couldn't field, had zero power, wasn't drawing walks and looked completely lost. He needed a reset.

Great! We leave the bases loaded again and get zilch. Not a good omen.

Omigoodness, what a catch by Mullins.

Buxton has had at least 3 hits stolen by nice defensive plays the last 2 games. He (used to) taketh away, now his get taken away...

From first? On a single?

Presumably on the passed ball that would have been.

For those of you that don't get Peacock, Solano was on third and the ball got past the catcher by 20-30 ft. Jeffers was waving him in, but Solano didn't go.

Jeffers fanned on a pitch well outside the zone and also swung at a pitch that was well inside.

Really odd. The announcers said that Rutschman hit only three homers in June. I hardly saw the Orioles play except for the Twins game and I saw all three.

Miranda picks up where he left off on defense (unfortunately).

What did Miranda do?

Hung his 1st baseman Solano out with an errant throw. Not hurried either. It did knock out a Baltimore player Hays due to the collision

Bad throw on a routine grounder. He threw it to the home plate side of first--pulled Solano off the bag and he collided with the runner (Hays).
