That’s the holy grail of awful twins innings right there. Knock ohtani out of the game, load the bases with nobody out and get SQUAT. Absolutely a work of art. A masterpiece

Well, they certainly have numerous examples of that exact same scenario playing out this season.

When we load the bases. it seems like the opponent has us right where they want us, because they know that the chances of us scoring under those circumstances is somewhere between slim and none.

I don't know about that, but the roster, as it currently stands, is collectively not major league-caliber.  Not even close.
