Squirrel Community Moderator Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 Wow that’s was impressiveWow ... is right ... only word to say there. Guess Rocco had it right despite all our groans!
notoriousgod71 Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 I maintain the Twins continue to win despite Rocco, not because of him. His roster management is dubious at best.
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 Whew! Great inning by May. So Rocco guessed right tonite!Big win and magic number is 5 and a shot at 100 wins is still possible.
IndianaTwin Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 Aaron Judge only has 25 homers this year. Totally surprised. How long was he out of the lineup this year? I'd figure the way the media plays him up he'd have 50+-...My fantasy team wishes he had a few more as well....
operation mindcrime Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 What? For bicep tendonitis?Something with his shoulder capsule or something?
Brian450 Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 Trevor May (IMO) does not have the psychological make-up for a closer... Sorry, Rocco... Well, gosh, I LOVE LOOKING LIKE I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!! WAY TO GO, TREVOR MAY - LMAO...
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 I maintain the Twins continue to win despite Rocco, not because of him. His roster management is dubious at best.just admit you were wrong, it’s ok

notoriousgod71 Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 just admit you were wrong, it’s ok No. Treating these games like it's spring training is absolutely not the right way to approach this.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 Something with his shoulder capsule or something?Yeah ... I'm thinking that's what I need ...
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 The real magic number is 100. The Indians can only win 99
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 What? For bicep tendonitis? That trade was the worst move the Twins have made this season. This guy was pitching hurt before arriving and hiding it well. Once he got here, he simply fell apart. And we lost a real good prospect
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 Good way to start the weekend.Top it off with a stop at Liquor Lyle's ... for old time's sake
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 No. Treating these games like it's spring training is absolutely not the right way to approach this.sure
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 Well, gosh, I LOVE LOOKING LIKE I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!! WAY TO GO, TREVOR MAY - LMAO...There were several of us who had it wrong ... whether it was luck or whether Rocco had a feeling or knew ... but we made it to the end.
wabene Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 The previous regime never gave the young guys a chance. I love putting Mayday out there again and the whole staff today for that matter. Tonight's game will serve all these inexperienced guys well as this year moves along.

Squirrel Community Moderator Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 May your tennis game be as successful as the Twins tonight. Thanks ... I'm putting on a Bio-Freeze patch over night
Brian450 Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 There were several of us who had it wrong ... whether it was luck or whether Rocco had a feeling or knew ... but we made it to the end. Yeah, maybe our bullpen coach told Rocco 'May's stuff is off the charts tonight' or something. The guy came in and threw everything with a purpose and helped us get over the line (and keep Taylor Rogers fresh). I don't care about being "wrong" - as long as we win! :-)
