Game Thread: Twins @ Chicago White Sox 7:10 PM 7/26/19

[Mill1634]

Rocco making Rogers stretch because he feels horrible that he hasn't gotten into a game for 3 days???

[tvagle]

Any possibility that Thorpe is showcasing a little?

He seems pretty calm and I don't see anything wrong with his celebrations so far

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Sorry I’m late!

I hear chicken dinner being called!!!

[Don Walcott]

Any possibility that Thorpe is showcasing a little?

I understand his dream is to feature in a broadway musical.

[operation mindcrime]

What a great catch by Marwin!

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Am i allowed to start looking for for chicken based sustainance?

Or is it still premature?

I’m right behind you!!

I bid $1 Bob

[Riverbrian]

That'll do.

[operation mindcrime]

Way to go Twins!!!!!

[Diesel]

Another day another win!

Ash

We got a potential Jinx watch in effect until 10:20PM Central time.

Don't get up on my account.

Winnah, by the way.

[Seth Stohs]

Nice front office foresight offering that contract during his Tommy John recovery.

It seems to have worked for him... Didn't work with the Cubs and Drew Smyly.

[Mill1634]

Twins win!!!!

Pineda looks fantastic again, and Thorpe looks serviceable out of the pen. Boomstick keeps crushing the baseball while Kepler hits a historic homer for the Twins. Arraez plays great (and very poor) defense, and the Twins win a game that was never in doubt. Sadly, the Royals are playing like the peasants.

Have a great Saturday everyone.

Go Twins!!!

I gotta try that!

Another day another win!

Street-walker Hum

(it's a family site so I avoided saying Ho-Hum)

[Don Walcott]

Let’s just keep beating the White Sox for a while.

[Seth Stohs]

Any possibility that Thorpe is showcasing a little?

Showcasing himself as the Twins second lefty out of the bullpen down the stretch rather than giving up a prospect like Thorpe for a lefty like Thorpe.

What, did they try to fly with B.A. Baracus?

I'll leave you all with this thought.

Why does coffee stain your teeth while milk doesn't do a damn thing.

I can do that.

Just...

not, like, intentionally....

What do Epstein and Hoyer know?

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Didn't work with the Cubs and Drew Smyly.

Ok well, this isn’t quite accurate as presented here, the Cubs traded him before he threw a pitch for them,, but maybe another thread is a better place to go into it

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

I gotta try that!

Byron? Is that you?

I give up...

Why does coffee stain teeth, but milk don't?

[sampleSizeOfOne]

Byron? Is that you?

First time i got called Byron...

Pretty sure that isn't my name.

But i got me an idear for a game thread intro...

Not a very good one, mind you, but...

[Squirrel]

Nice to watch the Sox post-game show ... it was mostly about the Twins ... heh
