I think it would be prudent to pull Garver in favor of Castro considering this very same thing happened to him less than a week ago!

Pitchers pitch 100 pitches and the coaches freak out. But you make Garver crouch how many hundred times without consideration for how it might affect him over the course o the year?

Putting Rosario on the IL seems far more likely. As has been mentioned, the chances of him not needing at least a week are slim.
