operation mindcrime Verified Member Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 That's the second ball in two games that has hit their center fielder in the glove, and not stayed there. That shoudn't happen twice in a career. He almost ran into two of his teammates tonight as well!

That's just ugly.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted May 18, 2019 Author Posted May 18, 2019 Twins win!!! Ehire goes yard, we finally get some hits with RISP, and the normal producers weren't even relied on. Martin Perez was fantastic, as was the defense and his two relievers. We face a very similar pitcher in Wade LeBlanc tomorrow night. Let's get the same result. See y'all late tomorrow, and stay safe tonight! Go Twins!!!
Blake Verified Member Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 Been on the road the checked in just in time to see the game end with a win. Who is this team and what have they done with the Twins?

Judging by what we've seen so far in this series, a generation of young Mariners fans will grow up thinking that a whole smorgasbord of defensive travesties are pretty much routine.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 Did the roof on Safeco Field fall off?Well... I have heard of hangors having their own weather systems. Maybe stadiums do too? Metrodome wasn't infalible... Anyway sorry i been distracted. Thanks for keep the game on track!
oldguywithanitch Verified Member Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 Not a fan of LaTroy in the booth. Just like big league hitters, broadcasters need a certain number of at-bats before you know how good they are. I don't think LaTroy has enough experience yet. And I like how he mimics TK by referring to the Duke as Richard.
