Not much. Molitor appears to be making pretty logical moves these days. Comes down to starting pitchers not finishing enough innings. Eventually you are going to deplete the pen, as is happening right now. Can Belisle hold them off for one more inning? Drama!

Momentum is totally on Detriots side now. A 1-2-3 inning would have been better for the Twins.

 

Would be surprised if they don't score any runs in the bottom of the 9th.

That AB right there shows that while Sano has a lot of raw ability and potential, he has a long ways to go maturity wise when it comes to his hitting tendencies. Still has a really hard time making consistent contact and picking out smart pitches to swing at.

Well I for one cannot believe sano struck out on a breaking ball low and away. I'm stunned!

They keep throwing it because he keeps flailing at it.

Yeah...when Belisle came out in the 8th throwing 86, you can't send him back out for the 9th.
