I think the Hurt cover is probably #1.  Alice in Chains and Gretchen Wilson covering Barracuda a few years back was fun to watch. Not unique but I liked it better than the original.

It's been twenty years since i seen that Bjork video. She is a tremendous song writer and forward thinker.

The video was directed by Spike Jonez, which is why it's so good.

 

And the Fiona Apple Across the Universe was directed by PT Anderson, which also explains why it's so good.

I have a hard time deciding which of these I like better but Bonnie Raitt's effortless singing usually wins out.  Tedeschi and Trucks together though, something else.
