Squirrel Community Moderator Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 LOL @ Latroy calling Dick Bremer "Richard", a la TK. Well, I don't exactly like to call people Dick ... unless they actually are one. FlauerPauer, Dozier's Glorious Hair, Oldgoat_MN and 1 other 4
TwinsCD Verified Member Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 OK, that was a pretty sick play by Arenado that he made look routine. And hit the 1B in the chest with the throw. snepp, Don Walcott and Danchat 3

Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 17, 2017 Author Posted May 17, 2017 Did Arenado even look where he was throwing the ball? That's ridiculous. This isn't meant to be a slam on Plouffe because I was proud of how Plouffe progressed into a fairly dependable defensive 3B. There was a time when he clearly wasn't. But... It was hard watching Plouffe be dependable while Watching Arenado, Machado and Lawrie be absolutely amazing at the position. They are simply setting a new standard of what 3b are now capable of doing. snepp 1
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 So's we're playin' Colorado, huh? yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 I get that Escobar is hitting LHP well. But I don't think I am out of line saying that one's utility infielder should never be the starting DH. Also, Max Kepler is never going to improve vs LHP if he never sees them. Mike Sixel 1
