Agreed. A lot of peeple went gaga over Odor's punch, and thought he was some kind of incredible fighter. Clearly, those haven't seen guys that really know how to throw a fist properly. Plenty of guys out there that could put Joey Bats to sleep in a phone booth with their off-hand.

I understand you guys are drinking. I am too. Still, it's not a drinking game unless there is an assigned set of indicators of when to drink. If you have any already, you're sure not talking about them. 

 

Like:

2 strikes = drink

Base hit = drink

double = 2 drinks

triple = 3 drinks 

home run = 4 drinks

 

 

LOL. I guess it's all just reason enough to drink.

After hearing Torii talk about how he thinks Mauer can make another run for a batting title, I thought, "Where's Bert? He's one of the few who will tell it like it is."

 

Bert said something tonight about being suspended and fined over the weekend. Did anyone else catch that? Was that over the Mauer comment? Really? Did the team fine & suspend him over that?
