I can't stand Guillen. If the Twins go outside the org - something I'd support as I don't care for Mientkiewicz's love of all things old school - I want them to make a move in the vein of Neil Allen. Pick up a highly regarded MiLB manager from a forward-thinking team.

The four arguments I am seeing against Ozzie are:

 

1. He's not Molitor

2. Seems like he's old school and anti-analytical

3. He's a little off his rocker,

1.  Most of younger Twins players have played for him(and won), they already know what he expects.

2.  Is not afraid to show up players by yanking them for bonehead plays. expects head to be in game.

3.  Winner, teams have won most of the time.

I have a friend that works for the Marlins and said Ozzie was a great guy.  He also said your crazy to get rid of Molly.
