It's just kinda nice just being able to sit on your couch to watch a game. But I want my kitchen remodel done before I can really enjoy it.

The good thing about that spaghetti pie I made yesterday is that it makes great leftovers. And I made it in a Pyrex pie plate. Good thing it didn't explode in the oven on me ... right Bri?

Pyrex will explode

 

at least the newer stuff will. 

 

The old Pyrex works like it should.

Man, I leave the thread to drive home and buy beer and Mauer hit a Homer while I'm in the liquor store.

I know, you're all going to tell me to go back to the liquor store, but I already asked, and they won't let me just hang out there.

They probably figure you do that too much as it is.

Then clearly you'll have to open your own.  Please liquidate any assets needed to make this happen post haste.  Also, we'll need to petition the state to allow liquor stores to be open on Sundays, and that will obviously need to happen in the next 53 hours.

Not to worry, we would never ask you for anything unreasonable.

 

No need to hang out at the liquor store.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just spend the next 3 hrs driving back and forth.

Drive between my work and the liquor store, or the liquor store and home?

 

Either way, the double IPA has started to flow and no more driving will be done tonight by me.

Maybe I'll just start a brewery instead. One within walking/bicycling distance from my house.

I honestly have never heard of spaghetti pie! But since I don't like spaghetti, I was quite content that way!

It's the first time I tried this recipe. The meat mixture needed more ... flavor. And I used too much spaghetti. The recipe said 12oz spaghetti, cooked. Well, spaghetti usually comes in 16oz boxes, and I just guessed at 12 oz, but with a little of this and that, I think it could be better.
