in play, run(s)!

Ground could can cause a fumble apparently.

Hicks gets a triple when a diving attempt has the ball trickle away behind the left fielder...

Dozier and Mauer follow with hustle doubles, and even Plouffe almost beats the truffle namesake's throw to first...

Is he endorsing the truffle, or the truffle endorsing him?

Works both ways, probably.   T-shirt cannons fire handfuls of Lindor's finest into the crowd whenever he homers or makes a Gold Glove play like he just did.   Marketing by association:  Francisco good because truffle good.   Truffle good because Francisco good.

Have I mentioned Ploof is really slow.

It was a crazy good play by Truffleman to make it close, but Pluffy wasn't just pulling the plow on that one.   He had enough implements hitched up to him to make for nice little farm auction...

It's quite remarkable what a different hitter Aaron Hicks is this year, just hits the ball with so much more authority.

It also looks to me like he gets fooled less often on pitch recognition.   And even when he does, it's not that awkward, off-balance swing he'd make last year, like the Karate Kid trying not to fall off the bow of the boat.

Time is Tight (or something with a very similar sound) is used in the Bluesbrothers (the movie) right?

Yes and the guys from Booker T and the MG's served as the band in the movie.

In the Blues Brothers version of "Soul Man" John Belushi says, "Play it Steve!" at the same juncture that Sam Moore says it in the Sam And Dave version and to the same Steve (Cropper, that is).

And Steve Cropper can play when cued.
