Never seen one of these on the ground like the one Sano killed.

But in flight, the Altamira Oriole's call is a hoarse, nasal, rising griink. Repeated.

Dude... you gotta try and spell it.

Dunno about the call, but the look on his face reminds me of me, watching Graham pitch to ARod.

Might want to copyright that one.

Good call, but the Bill Smith Superfund Cleanup Foundation beat me to it.

Still hoping to make up the royalties with 'Hillary2028.com'.    Silver's presidential candidate aging curve heavily undervalues the intangibles of familiarity and the timeless appeal of pant suits.

BTW... I'm not talking about Michael Wacha or Wong.

But Cardinals are awesome birds. Never saw one in North Dakota. But they got em in MIchigan and a pair of them will sit in a tree on occasion outside my patio window.

Stunning Birds.

I also like Owls and I'd like to be able to do what they do with their necks.

It's like getting to see the pilot of Mork and Mindy again, if I had been old enough to be high.

And had been high.

Cardinals are not found in North Dakota. They require trees.

Brings a whole new meaning to "decline phase," don't it?

I have had a pair in the back yard for 3 years, and just in the last week, another male has been trying to move in. It's been quite the battle.

Ahh... That explains it.

It's also probably why I was the only monkey in ND.

It was a time of chimpanzees.   You were a monkey.    But it doesn't make you a loser, brian.

And even if you have a couple of couches, sleep on the love seat.
