Was that a rubber band I just heard snapping?

No, just a twang, as we get it in tune for a wash tub bass...

I'm sure we'll right the ship with the up coming home stand.

After all, we got Pino pitching tomorrow!

My weeds are about to get punched.

Mine are going to get something else I probably can't talk about on this forum.

Uh, infractions may be about to be handed out in that thread, let's not go there here. :)

That feeling of being the Royals is creeping up again =(

I'd like to feel like the Royals of June 2014. (important to limit that date range with them!)

Welp, that is the last time I buy and insist on Perkins finishing a half dozen shots of Irish Whiskey for good luck :(

Guys on radio said flu bug, manager says it was an undisclosed back injury.

Got it.

Tough loss but not the end of the world.

Makes sense, when I am too hungover to show up to work I often mix up my lies to co-workers as well.

Things worked out pretty well for Farris Buehler.

Jeez, I miss a few days and the place goes to hell in a handbasket. I better go post some soothing chinchilla videos.

My hometwon in NW IA would be thrilled to have him filling sand bags rt now

Rock Rapids? Rock Valley? Hawarden? Akron??

I'm close to them all!

Alvord got hit, too from what I understand. Was across railroad tracks.

I've got a cousin in Inwood pumping water out of her basement.

Only way into Rock Valley is from the south. Governor was there and in Rock Rapids today.

We were in such a drought earlier and although I think we're now near "normal" levels of moisture, all of this lowland flooding is really depressing.

We need a dry night .... and Nebraska needs a quiet one.

Since I've been using this thread as my "weather line", stay safe our South Dakota friends. Looks nasty out there!!!!
