  1. Which has what to do with whether they are number three starters? I didn't even list Maeda..... We were discussing how many number three starters they had, and someone said they had two....
  2. Have you seen seen Salas play? Do you know anything about him at all?
  3. Gray, Ryan, Lopez, Mahle, maybe Ober, Varland isn't enough number three types?
  4. Larnach was an average defender last year. No one ran on him. He positioned well. That said, I expect him to be the DH many days
  5. Those are my choices. I think Wallner is legit.
  6. Did you watch every other game so you could compare him to all the other first basement?
  7. They don't get cute or throw long on third and short.....
  8. You also have a better chance to drive in runs if you hit home runs..... Gallo had his worst year last year, and drove in two runs less than Arraez and played great defense....
  9. Agreed. Also, buffalo cannot tackle today.
  10. I should have been more clear. I think the board has unrealistic expectations of individuals, but did not understand how valuable teams view the assets that are prospects. In other words, teams place a high value on prospects, but they don't expect the things many fans do. This board also overvalues a certain kind of prospect relative to national types.

  12. They are getting two good years from Gray. What they traded isn't relevant unless we think both teams can't win a trade, imo.
  13. No way I want him as a starter in Minnesota. I don't want him over most of the options as a bench bat either. What does he do so well you'd want him here?
  14. I think that's fair. I admit there is lots of hope in my position....
  15. One of them is a top 100 prospect, that's a valuable asset. So, I'm not sure why it's hard to understand. But I can see your disconnect from my position. I think this board generally undervalues prospects and lacks patience. Not you, but others. Salas has a ton of value as a trade piece at the deadline if they are looking to add ....
  16. It's clear the defense was the problem with this team. We knew that before tonight. I have no idea how they fix it fast
  17. How is that relevant? The Twins still exist after 2025....
  18. I think Lee out hits and out fields Miranda.
  19. Which teams in the division have a better pitching staff? Maybe Cleveland. Anyone else close?
  20. I like the odds of Lee being the starting 3B no later than early 2024.
  21. I don't know how you can't love these two prospects coming back. Salas is a legit prospect. Two really nice gets, as they say.
