    I love it - I do not care about the three true outcomes that are constantly listed. For me it is Strike out, ground our, fly out. Those are the three true outcomes and the last two can at least cause something to happen that is positive.

    Good grief - no. Haven't we already proved this is not a good idea. I know we think it is bargaining pricing but add the lost year to the possible good one and the cost is too high. Has anyone added the salaries paid to Mahle, DeSclafini, Dyson, Paddock, Pineda, Topa during their injury years? We could probably sign a good pitcher for the amount spent.

    You are right and I do not know what else to say. But Paddock reaching his wall means that we need SWR to continue to produce and hopefully Festa or someone else will be able to pick up the rotation in the 5 spot.

    One more question - the short video clip makes me think the error could have gone to Santana as much as Miranda. Does Santana's reputation protect him?

    His bat in the 10th was the worst decision. This is where you PH even guys who are getting the day off.

    Vazquez defense puts him honorable mention and Farmer wins, although Julien and Kiriloff are vying for Most Disappointing Player. So much expectations and so little performance on the field.

    Looking at the prospect results - a short list today Zebby continues to impress, but I wonder if Boushley will be the next pitcher called up for a start?

    completely agree - you do not get stronger by watching someone else lift weights.

    I like one run games - that is how parity should work, but the Twins have obvious weaknesses in the pen. All the washed up arms available during the off season does not make a good pen. I am surprised that Varland was not mentioned for the Paddock spot, but I am happy to see any young arms come up.

    Add Keirsey and Julien. And we have a bunch at AA that are ready to bust out too. Nice problem.

    I'm always skeptical off defensive ratings. Sometimes the pitching era and the number of unearned runs is a better measure of the overall team and its team defense. That really matters to me. With so many positions having so many players have turns in the field, it's hard to look at one's statistic for one player. If I wanted to judge that position I would rather lump all of them together and see what we get because that's how our team plays. Lots of players in and out playing lots of positions.

    I love it when the minor league teams are winning and as I read this article and look at some of the statistics from the players at various levels, it looks to me like we have a lot of people ready to be promoted. I would rather see some of these AA players get a chance in AAA then fill the roster with people like Jackson, Julie just and DFAD. I expect to see Lee coming up and some changes at the top as well. That will open up something for AA. What moves are you expecting to happen yet this summer between the various levels?

    No - we have Festa and Zebby ready to start - if I switch a BP arm it is Duran.

    I would not hold back - Duran has had issues this year, Stewart is always an injury risk. I would but Alcala in and let him go.

    Not a believer! Sorry AA at 25 and just figuring things out. He will probably make the Majors for a few years, but my expectations are quite low.

    I enjoy every comment on Pascual - my first favorite Twins pitcher.
