It was a good throw... But you are right... It doesn't excuse Plouffe. On 2nd base... Ground ball up the middle which should lead to an expected throw home like every baseball game ever played. AJ setting up for a tag... Mastro making an odd motion that was clearly not stand up.

 

How many clues do you need? I'm done with him. I never see him effort over the average level. How many Diving Catches as he made this year... Zero... One... It ain't two... I can tell you that.
