Regardless, this team was not expected to compete this season, the fact that the rest of the league regressed to allow them to be competitive should not influence their long-term goal concerning prospects. I get it, it's frustrating watching some of these players on the team right now, but why risk player control, health, etc... because the rest of the league sucked. Stick to the plan and allow the player's to develop. Rushing them accomplishes nothing, and may even hinder development.

Buxton just can’t come through when it counts. I heard earlier that the Twins lead the league with scoring runs with the bases loaded. I wonder if they also lead the lead with stranded runners with the bases loaded? Sure seems like it. Might be by a lot?

At least they have quit putting up the run expectancy bug when we are bases loaded.  Was even more depressing to know how many runs we were supposed to score.

Not very professional at bats by the Twins with bases loaded by Luke, Buxton and Jeffers. Was predictable but disappointing.
