talking about if a grown man is delusional it's a children's game in case you forgot

An excellent point, I am coming around to your point of view.

Kreidler is the greatest player this game as ever seen!!! Who needs Babe Ruth we got Kreidler!! MVP!!!

Kreidler is the type of player that has always been in the Twins system.  Whether it was Farmer, Astudillo, Punto, or Denny Hocking if you want to go back that far.

But the players you are comparing had a track record of more than two months with batting averages right around .250 other than Astudillo.  And Punto was actually a contributor on winning teams.

First he is three years younger thank Kreidler which is a huge difference and I am happy with what he is doing.  Will it be sustainable for three more months, I hope so.  Castro is probably a better example but he came to us when he was 25, and probably had been called up too early.

Kreidler  is not a player I am going to count on at this point in his career.  Let's raise the bar on quality rather getting all these AAAA types in their late 20's who have shown nothing in their career hoping we are going to magically turn them into a ball player.  Where has that gotten us the last 10 years.

What is the magic age then?

As I recall, we were chasing a division crown and were supposed to be serious playoff contenders in 2024.  You want to talk about long-term track records.  I'm looking at how they are playing in the moment.  Seems like Kreidler is currently the better player than Farmer was being on a team that was supposed to be chasing a WS chance.

I’m thinking ‘31…the comp pick we get for Ryan will be an MVP candidate by then.

No, we'll be trading him for the next Joe Ryan.  😆

He's had over 200 AB's in the major leagues coming into the season with no success and is 28.  How about signing someone who has actually had some success in the major leagues not players who proven they are basically a AAAA type player.  He should be playing in case of injury only.

Also incorrect. Punto had a .545 OPS before we acquired him. Keep digging that hole.

In 100 plate appearance at age 25, big difference.

I mean, isn’t the working theory that he is? It’s because Culpepper can’t stay healthy.

He didn't originally come up because of injury.  And we still don't know who the Twins consider their regular shortstop, Gray or Kreidler.  We will find out more in Cleveland.

Culpepper could easily have Keaschall's glove and Fedko's bat when he comes up, so all the bring Culpepper up BS, is wishful thinking he is the next Witt Jr.

I think that helps prove my point- if the choices are Gray or Kreidler, who do you want playing every day?

A dugout flush might consist of adding Buxton and Jenkins, assigning of Martin and Gray.

Roden needs to go down before Martin.
