Today.  Facing Ober on his rehab start.  Topa is also returning to Minnesota as a member of the Bisons.

Maybe MLB needs to let catchers call balls and strikes. They’re in the best position to do so, and they could quit the pitch framing nonsense then. Would probably work as well as calling your own fouls in pick up basketball.😀

I think that Jackson was timid to challenge when he was first called up.  They have let him get comfortable and now he is much more comfortable making the challenge.  I would think he would be the most comfortable on the team due to his time in the minors.

I think that also adds to the mindset of the team and Shelty trying to empower (especially catchers) to challenge these calls. Getting the right call changes at-bats and whole innings!
