h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Challenging an inconsequential 0-1 count strike call by Martin in the 5th with 2 outs and bases empty is just selfish. To prevent a K or get a walk …. OK. But these guys have to keep the overall context of the game in focus. These are valuable and could swing a game in the later innings. As long as baseball has to go through this transition stage and not just get all calls abs correct, they have to be smarter about the really close ones. Patzky, hitterscount, Linus and 2 others 5
David HK Verified Member Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Take your time getting to that roller, Mr. LF. No need to rush getting a guy who didn't even take off from going 1-3rd. Patzky 1

Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Actually the first obviously botched pitching move in quite awhile. Paredes had Jensen under control

stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 5 Posted June 5 I was thinking that the first team that scored more than one run in an inning will win. Still think so unfortunately.
