Buck can't hit a leadoff HR if Outman gets a hit here

The History Channel used to have a series called the Nostradamus Effect.  I propose that Buxton suffers from the Wallner Effect.  Inability to hit home runs with runners on base.

Good question, that was basically all he said about it.

I know he has to say something, but he is starting to sound like Falvey.  And it is really hard to believe anything he says.

How many leaders do you need, this is not a young team.

I would bet that it is Arcia has seen Big League pitching before as much as leadership.

Zoll is the one that says he is here for his leadership, not me.  Just because he has seen big league hitting doesn't mean he can hit it.

Outman getting plenty of playing time with wallner gone , you would think his timing and hitting would get alittle better soon ...

Playing Outman on both sides of the ball , he now needs to contribute with production of he's a bigger detriment than he was before  ...

I had a friend who did that , and age did not change it, but why do these young gents try to grow a beard when their face follicles say - heck no.

I mean, Arcia's got a .500 right now! He's the best on the team!

Weird idea....bring up someone who maybe leads by the example of providing an offensive spark.

Older past their sell by date veterans are not leaders.  They are roadblocks.  I've given up hope that the TC  FO people ever learn this.

I guess it depends on what or who you want to believe.  If you believe the report from Dan Hayes as pointed out in the TD article, they kept KC down to fine tune his defense.  He did make a start at 3rd yesterday, which he has only done 7 times in total since starting in AAA.  If the organization wants him to be flexible in the infield, it makes sense to keep him down a little more to get some defensive work at 3rd or 2nd as well as SS prior to calling him up.

I gave up on the FO personal along time ago when they started thinking they were smarter than a fifth grader  , so starting 2017 ...

But they also have said they want him to refine his defense at short.  So why keep moving him around again.  This is why I want a new front office that can set a more clear and winning strategy.
