stringer bell Verified Member Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Days off for Plouffe, Parm, and Dozier? That is three of the guys I've been watching with particular interest. Oh, well! I won't be watching the game and forgot to DVR it.

ashbury Verified Member Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Twins offense picking right up from the game before.
ashbury Verified Member Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Ugh, single, then walk, then three straight balls to Eva Longoria before getting a grounder. Tippy toe, tippy toe.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Hmm ... got up from a nap for this ...

ashbury Verified Member Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Correia has more strikeouts than innings or walks. Hooray!
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 I sense a lack of interest in tonight's game.
glunn Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 My computer must be broken, because it show that the Twins are winning. I am getting ready to go home and pack for a red eye flight to Memphis TN to deal with a family matter. I will check back in later. Go Twins!
buckninetyone Provisional Member Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 is that a jawa behind the backstop?
diehardtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 For those that can actually watch the games, what's up with Correia's K rate? His K/9 took a huge jump in June and appears to be continuing into July. Are his pitches sharper or being located better?
diehardtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 is that a jawa behind the backstop? For some reason, I thought your avatar was a cross between a Jawa and an Ewok.

Kelly Johnson just located one of his pitches really well, it took a huge jump into the seats.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Gardy watches a starter who has littered the bases all evening lose a lead. I'm shocked.
ashbury Verified Member Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 My computer must be broken, because it show that the Twins are winning. The Twins must have a cross-promotion with Geek Squad because I suspect your computer is fixed now.
ashbury Verified Member Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Gardy watches a starter who has littered the bases all evening lose a lead. Since Brian's not here to tut-tut if I follow up seriously: if you're Gardy and your starting rotation has been littered by TR with a bunch of 5+ inning guys, do you turn to your bullpen this early as a general practice? (Granted, not every game has a lead at this point, but all too often our complaint has been 5th and 6th inning meltdowns.)
