Eris Verified Member Posted October 10, 2025 Posted October 10, 2025 It’s too bad. I would have loved to see the Phillies beat the Dodgers. It was a brain freeze. Watching the replay, Realmuto was pointing to first base.

Permanent Twins Fan Verified Member Posted October 10, 2025 Posted October 10, 2025 Wow, you got to feel for Kerkering on that one. The Dodgers keep finding a way to win one way or another. I thought for a bit the Phillies could pull of the win. I'm cheering for whoever wins between the Brewers and Cubs to beat the Dodgers. Blyleven2011 1

Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2025 Posted October 10, 2025 Aaron Ashby is Andy Ashby's kid, right?
Permanent Twins Fan Verified Member Posted October 10, 2025 Posted October 10, 2025 That might come back to bite the Cubs. The Brewers aren't shut out often.

There were 2 effing outs! The only direction he should have looked at is 1B And they just had a meeting on the mound prior to facing the hitter , I dont get it , there had to be a conversation of how many outs there was and the play should have made at first, I guess they didn't anticipate a ball being hit to the mound and after he bobbled it he threw to the nearest person and that was home plate ... Pure choke , falvey will be call Philadelphia and see if we can pry him away , he'd fit right in with our pitchers unable to throw to a base ... Parfigliano, mrtwinsfan and Vanimal46 2 1

I guess that was controversial for Mike to disagree that a pitcher should know how many outs there are in an inning. Blyleven2011 1

Game 5 will be all pressure so adrenaline on both sides , should be quite a game ...

Blyleven2011 Verified Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 A manufactured run , hit a double , steal third and a sac fly deep brings him home off skubal , Seattle will be doing this all night , at least they better .... Parfigliano 1

Seattle has never been there or I would be rooting for a AL central team , Alo rooting for Milwaukee , they've been there in 1982 but lost to St Louis ....
