Then I pick up a helmet sundae and start a conversation with a lady in a Lewis jersey. It turned out to be Royce's grandmother. She starts to tell me about all of the hard work he put into the sport when he was a kid. It was pretty cool. Also...the 1st base umpire is a female. I am unsure if that is the woman that was in the news. She may be behind the plate this week. very cool Bart. I think if he continues to work hard he will improve as a player. Now if he would lay off that outside slider...... jaimedude 1

Grandma told me that she was happy to see the team play the young guys...I did not bring up the feelings by many of the fans about the outlook with the owners.

Blyleven2011 Verified Member Posted September 9, 2025 Posted September 9, 2025 I'm watching the angels broadcast , they are kinda boring but better than Provus ... I think baldelli is paying the cameraman in California to film him in the dugout , I see more than i want too of Rocco , the game is between the lines , not the dugout ... Doc Lenz 1
ziggy Verified Member Posted September 9, 2025 Posted September 9, 2025 we thought the Correa signing was not so swell. It's 100 times better than the Angles signing of Anthony Rendon. jaimedude 1

You like to pick and choose your favorites. Gaspar has caught how many games? Tonight alone he's made 3 mistakes. Jeffers isn't good, but he's a helluva lot better than Gaspar. Nice play by Lewis. jaimedude Verified Member Posted September 9, 2025 Posted September 9, 2025 I like our rotation next year if Lopez, Ryan, Ober, and Matthews can all stay healthy. Build a bullpen, better back up catcher and a first basemen and things could get better next year. Doc Lenz 1
tony&rodney Verified Member Posted September 9, 2025 Posted September 9, 2025 Gaspar cracks me up. He has missed a bunch of pitches and just casually turns to the umpire for a new baseball each time. Mickey is having fun. This is his dream, his run. He turns back into a pumpkin in October but he has collected stories to tell. In a failed season for the Twins, Mickey Gasper has racked up some sweet times. S Bart 1

One thing to think about is saving money on Vasquez...I believe that he made 10million this year which is what Ryan would receive next year in arbitration ...do need another catcher...not Gasper nor do they need Vasquez back. jaimedude 1

He has two errors tonight, while considering Gasper was forced to come in , he is not doing a bad job, especially considering Jeffers has a career caught steal percentage of 19.9 and 21 errors in 6 years with 6 last year and 5 this year, saying he is a lot better than Gasper is choosing one's favorite.

And it shows you didn't read my post. It clearly says. JEFFERS ISNT GOOD 6 errors in a year vs 2 errors in 1 game
