stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 I predict the Twins win by one run, Duensing gets the win and Perkins the save by retiring Young, Mayberry and Galvis. Well that is right for 6/12 and 6/11. Maybe Brock can correct the date and I'll still make the same prediction.

Shane Wahl Verified Member Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Strange, now its appears that you're actually asking me to ban you. It appears that way to me. I think SB has won a few arguments with me over the past year. So, yeah, I think a ban is in order. Bring on ST commenters instead.

Guest USAFChief Guests Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Delmon with a key AB for the Twins, and he comes through!
Joe A. Preusser Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Not loving Carroll in the leadoff spot. I'd rather have... Ok, let Carroll bat leadoff.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Carroll lines out to deep 2nd base, fielded by the right fielder.
Joe A. Preusser Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 No offense to Carroll, but I'd play my outfielders hella shallow too.
big dog Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Strange, now its appears that you're actually asking me to ban you. I'm late to the party, but it appears that you have typed "its" when you should have said "it". Looks like a mistake.

GCTF Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Delmon with a key AB for the Twins, and he comes through! Unfortunately we've been denied Delmonsie's interesting style of outfield play during this series.

big dog Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 A third baseman over 5' 5" would have caught that one.
GCTF Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Lineups: Twins: Phillies: Nice lineups. Maybe post them when you wake up from your alcoholic stupor.

Joe A. Preusser Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 So we have you all to ourselves. Anyone living in Chicago and cheering for the Twins and not the White Sox ( I won't even mention the Cubbies) is aces in my book.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Nice lineups. Maybe post them when you wake up from your alcoholic stupor. I find his posts much more coherent and throughful when he's IN an alcoholic stupor.
GCTF Verified Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 No Hawks game tonight, so I think I can make it through this game tonight. So did you stay up till the end?
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Wouldn't we just laugh... If Clete hits .350 the rest of the way and he keeps the CF job.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Anyone living in Chicago and cheering for the Twins and not the White Sox ( I won't even mention the Cubbies) is aces in my book. Didn't grow up here. Moving didn't and won't change my allegiance. But one of my favorite thing to say in the company of White Sox fans while playing the Twins when a White Sox player strikes out is 'He gone!' I like to live dangerously.
Anorthagen Provisional Member Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 I wish reveres was still a Twin. When he was on the Twins he had the capablities of hitting .300 with 30 stolen bases. And now he has had a slow start but seems to be picking it now. He still has these capabilities, but he is just hiding them.
